​We’ve pulled rates for a few hotels in the area. You can use the link below to review base rates and mark yourself as “attending” along with filling out details of the hotel you’d like to stay at, your dates, and the type of room that fits your needs/budget. You will be prompted to add credit card details and passport information for the booking to hold rooms. However, once we get the final number of rooms we need from everyone we will try to renegotiate the rates. Please note, rates can vary (go up or down) and will be processed to secure the rates as soon as you RSVP both on this website, and through the travel link below. While this feels a bit backwards, we want to make sure we’re providing everyone with a plethora of options that cater to varying tastes and budgets, while also blocking an accurate amount of rooms.
